Packaging Component List
- Each component uses one App Category Code. The app cat. codes are internal to this app only and are used to link the various state-specific codes together. They are not official codes from any state.
- Each saved classification includes the regulatory methodology version, selected states, rules, assumptions, and source register used when it was created.
- Total annual U.S. pounds are allocated to each state by population share before applying state rates and phase-in.
